What time is ‘Jersey Shore Family Vacation’ premiere tonight? New season filmed in quarantine bubble, sans Snooki.

Jerzday takes on the pandemic in the latest season of “Jersey Shore.”

Yes, the reality show that launched a million “cabs are heres” is still on TV, this time without Snooki.

Here are the details. You know, in case you weren’t planning to watch “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” reunion instead.

‘Jersey Shore Family Vacation’ season 4

Series mainstay Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi announced she was leaving MTV’s “Jersey Shore Family Vacation” in 2019, saying the show wasn’t fun anymore/too much drama and not worth spending time away from her three children.

The third season, she said, would be her last.

Polizzi, 32, who lives in Florham Park and owns the Snooki Shop boutique in Madison, had returned alongside the majority of the original cast (sans Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola) in 2018 for the “Jersey Shore” revival “Jersey Shore Family Vacation.”

The original series that propelled the Shore denizens to reality show fame for their antics in Seaside Heights, Miami and Italy, debuted in 2009 and left MTV in 2012.

‘Jersey Shore,’ but make it a ‘quarantine bubble’

The revival series has followed the original cast through weddings, parenthood, divorce and prison.

Now: COVID-19.

We were already well into the pandemic when the previous season of “Jersey Shore” ended in June.

The fourth season of the show, filmed in a quarantine “bubble” at a Nevada hotel — Paul “DJ Pauly D” DelVecchio “rents” the entire place — starts Thursday.

These new episodes see the cast picking up the pieces after the notorious speech at Angelina Larangeira’s (née Pivarnick) 2019 East Brunswick wedding that preceded/sparked Snooki’s exit from the show (see series refresher below).

A trailer for the season (see clip above) shows DelVecchio wearing a mask while driving a car that appears to be filled with … replica dolls of his female castmates?

It wouldn’t the first time DelVecchio has deployed a doll … he did the same when Sammi Giancola declined to participate in the show in 2018. The Sammi doll became a fixture in the first run of the revival series.

DelVecchio, Vinny Guadagnino, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino and Ronnie Ortiz-Magro mobilize to bring the rest of the cast back together in the wake of the wedding debacle (Pauly and Ronnie already live in Vegas), which saw Larangeira and her Staten Island guests take great offense to a roast-slash-wedding speech delivered by the women of the cast.

Minus Snooki, the remainder of the returning cast is rounded out by Larangeira, Holmdel’s Jenni “JWoww” Farley and Jackson’s Deena Nicole Buckner, née Cortese. From the trailer, it also appears as if Sorrentino’s wife, Lauren, who has been a regular presence on the show, again plays a part, filling in a bit for the missing “meatball.”

Jersey Shore Family Vacation premiere date announced — Here’s what to expect, when to tune in and how they are staying safe

MTV has announced Jersey Shore Family Vacation Season 4 premiere date.

MTV has announced the premiere date for Season 4 of Jersey Shore Family Vacation.

The network is also unveiling what fans can expect from the new format that ensures all cast and crew are safe amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Like so many other reality television shows, Jersey Shore Family Vacation was tasked with finding a safe way to return to filming. Big Brother and Love Island created a bubble where everyone involved with the show was placed for the duration of filming.

MTV has a similar plan for the hit reality TV show, which means fans won’t have to wait too much longer for the new season.

How is MTV keeping cast and crew safe?

The network has revealed the production is taking over a resort to create a “Shore Bubble” for the cast and crew.

TMZ has reported everyone involved with the reality TV show is currently in Nevada in quarantine and is tested regularly for COVID-19.

Production is following all the correct local, state, and federal COVID-19 regulations for health and safety to ensure the show can film without issue.

The Season 4 cast includes Deena Cortese, Paul “Pauly D” Delvecchio, Jenni “JWOWW” Farley, Vinny Guadagnino, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, Angelina Pivarnick, and Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino. Unlike other seasons, extended family members of the cast will stay with them in the shore bubble.

It will be the first season without original cast member Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, who decided to leave the show after the dramatic Season 3 finale. Snooki wanted to focus more on her family instead of Jersey Shore Family Vacation antics.

When does Season 4 premiere and what can fans expect from the show?

Mark your calendars! Jersey Shore Family Vacation Season 4 premieres on Thursday, November 19 at 8/7c on MTV. The network will air two specials on Thursday, November 5 and Thursday, November 12 at 8/7c to get fans pumped for the new season.

The last time viewers saw the Jersey Shore crew was at Angelina Pivarnick’s wedding. Fans will recall it ended with Snooki, JWoww, and Deena roasting Angelina in a wedding toast that left the bride in tears.

Season 4 picks up with Vinny, Pauly, Mike, and Ronnie, working to mend the fractured family by bringing the group together again. The guys hope creating a safe bubble space will help reunite the girls and fix their broken Jersey Shore family.

Besides the current health climate, the guys felt having extended family members at the resort might make the reunion a little smoother. It is Jersey Shore, so that might be wishful thinking on Pauly, Mike, Ronnie, and Mike’s part.

Jersey Shore Premiere Date, Trailer Revealed

For the fourth season of Jersey Shore Family Vacation, the cast has traded in the East Coast for Vegas, baby, meaning that for this year there will be no Jersey and no shore anywhere nearby. Bad news for Jersey; good news for the people of Nevada, who are currently getting an influx of all things New Jersey now that filming is currently under way with stars Deena Nicole Cortese, Pauly D, Jenni “JWOWW” Farley, Vinny Guadagnino, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, Angelina Pivarnick and Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino.

This past December, Snooki announced she would not return to the series, and has since explained, “Personally, for me, I can’t deal with the freakin’ drama anymore, I am out… You are still going to see me, but just not on Jersey Shore because I can’t handle that shit anymore. It’s cray-cray.” While Snooki also initially said she wasn’t returning because she wanted to spend time with her three kids, ironically season four will have the cast bringing their families along for filming, explaining, “The shore, the merrier.”

And now, MTV has announced that you can start watching the cast’s antics on Thursday, November 19 at 8/7c. Yesterday (October 15) MTV released the first promo for the series, below.

As television and film productions everywhere continue to grapple with the significant complications posed by the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, Jersey Shore figured out a way to still provide fans with a brand new season.

On Thursday, MTV announced via a YouTube promo teaser that the next season of the show is coming back on November 19th, with back to back episodes.

And according to TMZ, the entirety of season 4 takes place at a resort in Nevada, where the whole JS gang holed up with the crew along with their extended families so as not to risk any outside exposure to the disease.

This ‘bubble’ approach has been successful in other venues, such as with NBA, which just completed a season of basketball leading to the LA Lakers championship victory.

The upcoming season of Jersey Shore, dubbed Jersey Shore ‘Bring the Family’ Vacation, will see the return of Deena Cortese, Paul ‘Pauly D’ Delvecchio, Jenni ‘JWOWW’ Farley, Vinny Guadagnino, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, Angelina Pivarnick and Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino.

Noticeably absent, however, is fan favorite Nicole ‘Snooki’ Polizzi, who very publicly left the show late last year.

This season, apparently, will see the guys of Jersey Shore attempt to reunite the ladies, whose fractured relationships are what caused Snooki’s exit.

It all came to a head in the finale of JS: FV’s season 3 last November, during Angelina’s wedding to Chris Larangeira, when Polizzi, Farley and Cortese’s toast at the nuptials was poorly received.

Insisting it was all meant in good fun, by the end of the episode, Snooki proclaimed that she was ‘done’ with the show – a sentiment she has upheld since.

According to a statement from MTV made to People, the incident left the ‘family fractured, leaving the boys with only one option — make the family whole again.’

Known for its over-the-top shenanigans and salacious characters, MTV’s original Jersey Shore originally premiered in 2009 and was enormously popular, lasting six seasons.

The show was rebooted as Jersey Shore: Family Vacation in 2018, sans original cast member Sammi ‘Sweetheart’ Giancola.

The show returns on Thursday, November 19th at 8 p.m. ET/PT.

MTV Sets Premiere Date for JERSEY SHORE FAMILY VACATION

Back-to-back episodes on Thursday, November 19th at 8PM ET/PT.

MTV Sets Premiere Date for JERSEY SHORE FAMILY VACATION

MTV today announced that its powerhouse series “Jersey Shore Family Vacation” is set to return this holiday season with back-to-back episodes on Thursday, November 19th at 8PM ET/PT. Following an explosive season-three finale, which was the highest-rated episode since 2018, the pop-culture phenomenon returns for season four to make “Jerztory” as the world looks a little different and social distancing is the new rule.

For the first time ever, it’s “Jersey Shore ‘Bring the Family’ Vacation” as our favorite roommates take over an entire resort living their best lives in their own “Shore” bubble.

With more than 10 years of ups and downs and humor and heart, the cast has always made it out on the other side stronger than ever — until now. Angelina’s wedding and the speech heard around the world left THE FAMILY fractured, leaving the boys with only one option — make THE FAMILY whole again. So, DJ Pauly D takes over a resort and with the help of Mike “The Situation,” Vinny and Ronnie, they hatch a plan to reunite the girls, invite the extended family to distract them from the drama, and hope for the best. It seemed like a good idea at the time, but with this group you never know what will happen.

Leading up to the highly-anticipated season four premiere, MTV will air “Jersey Shore Family Vacation” season three recap specials on Thursday, November 5th and Thursday, November 12th at 8PM ET/PT.

“Jersey Shore Family Vacation” features housemates Deena Nicole Cortese, Paul “Pauly D” Delvecchio, Jenni “JWOWW” Farley, Vinny Guadagnino, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, Angelina Pivarnick, and Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino. “Jersey Shore,” which first premiered in 2009 and returned in 2018 to record ratings, is an MTV worldwide phenomenon that features such hits as “Floribama Shore,” “Geordie Shore” (UK), “Gandia Shore” (Spain), “Warsaw Shore” (Poland), “Acapulco Shore” (Mexico) and “Super Shore.”

The stars of the series will be bringing their families along for the ride.

Jersey Shore Family Vacation operating in a bubble is no surprise, so don’t expect the gang to be going out to bars and living it up.

They’re Back! Jersey Shore Family Vacation Sets Season 4 Premiere Date

Jerzdays are back!

On Monday, MTV announced that Jersey Shore Family Vacation is set to return on Nov. 19 — just in time for the holidays!

This season, which has been dubbed Jersey Shore “Bring the Family'”Vacation,  Deena Cortese, Paul “Pauly D” Delvecchio, Jenni “JWOWW” Farley, Vinny Guadagnino, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, Angelina Pivarnick and Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino are taking over an entire resort where they will live their “best lives” in their own “Shore” bubble, according to MTV.

The new chapter picks back up after an explosive season 3, which saw Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi decide to leave the show after a disastrous speech at Pivarnick’s wedding.

The incident left the “family fractured, leaving the boys with only one option — make the family whole again,” according to MTV.

So, in attempt to get the band back together, Delvecchio, 40, will take over a resort with the help of Sorrentino, Guadagnino and Ortiz-Magro — with hopes of reuniting the girls.

The boys have also invited “the extended family to distract them from drama, and hope for the best.”

However, time will only tell if this plan works out.

The season finale chronicled Pivarnick’s wedding to Chris Larangeira last November. Drama between Pivarnick, 34, and her female costars erupted after Polizzi, Farley and Cortese’s off-color bridesmaid speech prompted boos from the other guests, and at the end of the night, Polizzi declared that she was “done” with the show.

While they insisted they meant no harm by their speech, Pivarnick was furious. And the tensions didn’t subside; the stars continued arguing on Twitter as the episode aired.

Polizzi, 32, addressed the renewal in June in a reply to costar Sorrentino’s tweet about the news.

“Good luck my fam,” she wrote. “Can’t wait to watch.”

Jersey Shore cast

Jersey Shore originally premiered in 2009 and was rebooted as Family Vacation in 2018 with the original cast, minus Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola.

Polizzi first announced that she was retiring from the beloved show last December. Speaking to PEOPLE, she opened up about the decision, noting that her TV career isn’t over yet.

“I’m definitely not done with TV,” she added. “I’m just done with that show.”
